Rob Miller, MPA, CAE, is the founder of Citrus Consulting Partners, based in Clearwater, Florida. With more than 30 years in association management and technology, Rob helps associations make confident technology decisions — from selecting and implementing the right systems to adopting AI in a practical, low-risk way.

Rob is a Certified Association Executive (CAE, ASAE, 2019) and is active in ASAE events and discussions. He has worked for two associations — The National Association of Broadcasters & 340B Health. The remaining 27 years, he worked as a technology entrepreneur providing AMS and other technology solutions to the industry. He was a founder of Avectra which built NetForum (AMS) — one of Momentive Software’s premier solutions. His last two positions at Momentive were as General Manager of the Nimble AMS (a Salesforce based AMS solution), where he led a team of 300+ and had full P&L responsibility for the Nimble business unit. As Senior Vice President of Association Strategy, he helped the company effectively understand the direction of the industry and the needs of clients and synthesized the information and provided that information to R&D. He then would communicate Momentive’s strategic plans and innovations to clients, industry influencers, and the industry.
